My management career began in 1979. Over more than four decades, I have continuously refined my leadership skills while navigating a wide range of complex organizational challenges and opportunities.

One of the most powerful tools I have consistently relied upon is behavioral assessment. As a practitioner for over 40 years, I have successfully used it to build high-performing departments, divisions, and C-level leadership teams.

Andy Elliott entered the United States Air Force two weeks after his high school graduation.  He attained the rank of Sergeant and earned his Associate of Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force (1980).

 

After his service, he started as an entry level employee at Computer Services, Inc in Paducah, KY where over the next 38 years he rose to Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer with a nation-wide staff of 300.

 

Along the way, he earned his BA from Transylvania University in Lexington, KY (1988), he earned his diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU (1997), and received a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School in New York, NY (2012).

 

Since retirement from CSI in 2018, he has applied his experience to helping a variety of organizations plan and execute their goals and prepare their management for advancement.

 

Andy has also served in leadership and board roles for numerous civic and industry organizations and has been an active public speaker for over 30 years.
